just saw you Nikki.... !!! awesome! you look great and wow, Richard Simmons is the best.. I just love him! I found myself crying with the show and smiling at the same time.

I wish I had DVR and could have recorded this... the show was really inspirational. I've got a good 60-70 pounds to lose myself and I feel like today is the day to start.

I saw it too- he even introduced you- HOW COOL!!!!!
I also love Richard Simmons and this show motivated me to re-start an exercise program. There were also some really good tips from the other people on how they lost their weight.

I know..wasn't that cool how he called her out like that?!? I figured he probably talked to a lot of people on the phone but maybe he only talked to Nikki? Either way, how exciting.. Richard Simmons is such a sweetie... sure he's a bit crazy but he's awesome in his glittery tank top! He and Teresa could probably have a whole conversation about glitter!

Me too! The Las Vegas sisters show here. How weird. Maybe Nikki's show will be on tomorrow. I have DVR'ed again to see.

ETA: Wednesday at 10am is says Dr. Oz is about Epstein Barr disease, but then at 1am there is a Dr Oz show on and it says Dr Oz 100th episode with Richard Simmons.

I just got to see the 2nd half of the show, and Nikki's shout out from Richard Simmons! Very cool, Nikki.

Just set my DVR. Look for a second showing in your area...here the normal show at 3:00 is a repeat and sounds the same as what Kevin got, but then I found a showing on another channel that was the 100 show.

Kevin, sometimes Dr. Oz is on twice a day. Here in NY, Dr. Oz is on at 10am, and it is the previous day's show (why men cheat), then at 3pm the "new" show comes on. I have no idea why they do this other than to confuse us. Maybe if you check your listings it's like that for you as well

So I got the same show you did on my DVR Kevin but when I got home it was on (Dr. Oz is on twice here I guess) Long story short my 9am showing tomorrow is Nikki's show so set it again!!

Hi Friends,

Thanks so much for supporting me by watching the show today. Yes, Dr. Oz's show is on twice a day in most areas; the first time is a repeat and the second is the new episode. That may be where some confusion happened. I know in our area it will be on again tomorrow morning.

I just got done exercising (ha lol) and watching the show again. Unfortunately, a bunch of it was edited out which is a bit disappointing, but that's TV. Still, this was one of the most rewarding and memorable experiences of my life and I would not trade it in for anything. It reaffirmed why I needed to change for the better again (like Richard Simmons, I have lost 100 pounds before).

I will support anyone who begins their journey as a result of this show. It was beautifully presented and truly was a celebration of The Oz 100's efforts.
