Since one of the things I see here frequently is discussion about the lack of clocks that can be seen at night in DCL staterooms (that propeller thing is cool, but has no light) I just thought I'd share this (someone probably already has, but I've not seen it).

Went to Target tonight and saw the neatest plug in nightlight with a clock for the face. It's just a regular plug in nightlight (a small square) but the face is a working analog clock. The light stays on all night so it does double duty as nightlight and clock. Thought it was pretty neat and it was priced at $7.99 -- available in the lighting section.

Another idea is to turn the TV to the "time" channel. It has a dull background with no changing colors, so it was the perfect "free" nightlight. Plus it had the time on it. This worked for us.

We got a small little Timex that folds for travel. It has an indigo light for the night and an alarm. Works really well for us. It even has a nap timer. Great for when I want to take a nap on sea days with the door open :D
