I do miss many of the great old threads here. I resurrected this as a way of looking at the history of the boards and just how prophetic and spot on many of the DISers are out there. It's a credit to the love and knowledge many have for the World

Its an awesome thread, heck I only made it through the first 6 pages, but people were SPOT on about stuff ... it was late though, and I wanted to sleep

The original posters will be able to give you three numbers, however, the bonus ball is on an elite tier and cannot be given out at all. They apologize in advance.Prior to providing the three numbers, you must first purchase a three day pass, and be a registered guest. If you are staying anywhere but on site, you will need to see a CM upon park entry for your three numbers. Be warned however, that your three numbers will be dispersed as they see fit and may actually be given out after the drawing as you did not stay on property.

Finally, please be aware that you cannot gamble at the World, so you will need to exit the property and return.

On a side note. I will say that we have owned at The Boardwalk for sometime and it would not shock me that once, and if Fast Pass is opened up to non-Disney guests, Disney guests may get additional Fast Pass + rides per day, depending on the resort they stay at. More for Deluxe and less for moderate etc...

The other likely option will be advance planning. I do not see off-site guests getting anything more than 7 days advance planning. While arguably unfair to off-site guests, Disney wants to and needs to make staying/buying(DVC) on property more valuable to continue to separate their product from those off site properties.
