Just FYI Jingle cruise is apparently not up today likely tomorrow or in the next couple days. The Disney parks blog article saying it was open is now gone according to Twitter reports.

Unfortunately true. Most of my family doesn't even like Boma for this reason

And Boma is incredibly bland, like all Disney restaurants. I don't think there's any danger this one will be different.

So here is an article saying that Muppets is getting a new Show-runner for the back half of Season 1. There is also some mention of problems behind the scenes and being rushed in production.

That was a very interesting article. Its notable that the show is ABCs best ratings in that time slot in 4 years - yet the high expectations have them feeling the show is underperforming. I have to admit though I am enjoying the show very much it is remarkably inconsistent in tone.

I think the idea of having it go on for 10 episodes, and then come back later for only 6 doesn't seem that great. I really hope this show can build off the first season. It really is worth checking out.

There are a few articles out there about China setting up a team aimed at cracking down on counterfeit Disney products in China. One article (I can't find again) highlights how successful Disney has been working with the Chinese government, such as arranging transit to the parks, weather reporting systems (for firework and parade safety) and setting up a Fire Station for the park.

Well that should tell you something. Rides like buzz are way past needed refurbs.

Buzz doesn't need a simple refurb as much as it needs a good plussing.

Good luck with that. The fact that there are more than just a couple of theme parks in China pretending to be Disney parks and succeeding is still amusing to me.

I liked the first one. Though I find the girl who plays Alice absolutely boring and the amount of CG in these movies is ridiculous, it still looks like good fun.
