All the dishes mentioned in the article are on the menu currently up on the restaurants website. Is this the old menu?

edit: I guess his takes on the dishes haven't been updated. The salmon still shows the sweet potato puree instead of the local potatoes for example. And the short ribs starter isn't listed.

It sounds more like a minor reworking of the current menu as opposed to a totally new one.

Gotta hand it to Disney, with all the sequels, comic-book adaptations, and live action remakes ... it looks like they may still be working on some original properties ... word coming in that they may be making an adventure film ala Indiana Jones (yes Disney also owns Indy) based around Charles Darwin

Interesting decision. Perhaps it's just a coincidence, but I think the pitch was approved only because of the Fantastic Creatures Harry Potter spin-off WB is developing. Newt Scamander is like the Darwin of the magical world.

It's a really fascinating subject though. Imagine a Disney attraction based on Darwin's adventures, somewhat similar to the stuff you can find at Disney Sea

Yep, in Marvel's current comic book event they're sort of rebooting and folding several of their alternate universes together to be more cohesive. Miles is from the 'Ultimate' or 1610 universe which actually inspired most of the modern Marvel movies ... When Miles was introduced years ago I figured it was going to be a cheap play for readership, but he turned out to be really great and well developed character. He's become a huge fan favorite.

In the Ultimate universe Miles was bitten was bitten by the same spider that bit Peter Parker, but he chose not to use his powers. Later he watched along with a huge crowd and TV crews as Peter Parker was killed by the Green Goblin defending Aunt May, yet he chose to just watch. That was Miles' 'Great power comes great responsibility' moment and he took on the Spider-man name in honor of Peter.

Rumor is that Peter will still have his own 'Spectacular' or 'Amazing' book, but Peter will act as a mentor for Miles in the flagship Spider-Man book. Both Miles and Peter are here to stay, but I think after a year or so Miles will get a new superhero name for Peter to take back over as Spider-Man ... just in time for the 2017 movie.

I made my FP+ reservations last night. Was surprised (and perplexed) to see Captain EO on the list. Why on earth are they bringing this back? They'd be much better off bringing back HISTA.

Anaheim better agree. Imagine all the new stuff they could build with 1 billion. None of the parks require a big overhaul anymore, so even after that new parking structure and such, a lot of money should still be available.

It's interesting that Disney is resisting to build a third gate, but they still seem confident about expanding the resort without getting rid of the ''beloved attractions'' We'll have to see if they announce something at D23.

This would be a win-win-win for Disney. They're going to have to respond to Universal regardless. Radiator Springs is really neat but it's no WWOHP.
