News Round Up 2021

A bit of abummer on this one - wish they'd waited a month (we're going in 2 1/2 weeks). I stocked up on these last time I went. At $1 each they were a great deal and a "souvenir" that gets a ton of use. They've been cheaper than the generic ones at most grocery stores. Now I'll only get a couple more. My plan at $1 was to pick up about 15 more of them. They're good but all of those kind of bags do wear out. I've had a couple start to rip by the handle (probably overfill them in the grocery store too).

I am pretty sure when they first started selling them in parks, a couple years ago, that was actually the pricing on them. Then they dropped to $1. From reading the article, right before park closing they were a little bit more, but I'm pretty sure that $2/$2.50/$3 was the price when they first came available (not 100% though).

I’m sorry you’ll miss out! That was a great deal!!!!!

Just did a quick search and it looks like:

January 2019: the prices were $1/$1.50/$2.00: ARTICLE

June 2019: there was a price increase to the $2/$2.50/$3 prices: ARTICLE

July 2020: Bags went to the current $1 pricing.

Doesn't appear to have been announced but nearly all days in June are showing as green now and that wasn't the case before.

No way to know but almost all the days in June were yellow and June 7 & 8 were grey. Now almost all days are green. I was watching June 6 because it is our last day and we wanted MK but could not get it. MK and DHS were both booked that day. Now they are both available.

What did the AP pool look like prior to today?

Thanks! I guess I'm not losing my mind after all . . .
