Disney Cruise Line Makes Changes to UK Domestic Sailings

"The news from Disney Cruise Line that it would sail from four different UK ports this summer during the UK’s re-opening of domestic tourism was met with surprise and joy from Disney fans in the UK.

That has now turned somewhat sour as Disney Cruise Line has removed two of the four embarkation ports from the program, while Disney did not explain the reasoning behind this decision. "

Another slightly misleading title by the all ears writing team- yes Florida, but also an Alaskan senator. And a subsequent bill in the house.

they introduced the CRUISE act, unlikely to pass in a divided senate and majority house, BUT similar to what DeSantis is doing, provides a lot of media attention.

And to somehwat piggy back on your reply (albeit by the Alaskan Governor):

Alaska Might Sue the CDC if No Positive Dialogue This Week

Was hoping to book one of the Tillbury sailings 😞 The UK staycation site also doesn't mention the earlier booking dates for different castaway clubs so I am hoping they are just updating itineraries. (P.S. the two pages for Tilbury and Newcastle are still on the site, and both mention arrival information involved with the staycations) I'll now be paying close attention on the 19th now 😀

Clearly, going directly to DCL is probably the most accurate information regarding itineraries/sailings. I hope they restore/have the Tilbury itinerary. :-)

Now that people are coming out of hibernation, I think we’ll see more of these “controversies” settled in/before court.

I heard that part of the reason Orange County Fl. is clarifying the mask mandate/ giving some steps to completion, is due to possible ADA suits. (and the threats of recall that are gaining steam).

like the reason Disney allows transparent masks for those HOH/deaf folks is because of this settlement for accommodations

In reading your link, it does appear that Nike took an appropriate stance. I could definitely see local governments quickly abiding by the threat of ADA litigation(s).

I would surmise that cruise lines will need to abide, scratch that, accommodate those same guests as well. Good link...thanks!

Oh my... I am really behind on my Disneyland Paris updates (not sure if anyone cares here, or if this was already posted ;-) )

For those who want, on the youtube channel of Disneyland Paris are videos 'learn & ride' with more background about certain rides at DLP, Let's Cook with all kinds of recipes and for Women's Day they had 3 videos 'Women behind the magic' https://www.youtube.com/c/DisneylandParisOfficiel/videos

For the 29th anniversary on the 12th of April, they made a 1 hour long special (in French/English) about the park and everything going on, like the Marvel hotel and the plans for reopening:

The restauration of the castle:
