Was hoping to book one of the Tillbury sailings The UK staycation site also doesn't mention the earlier booking dates for different castaway clubs so I am hoping they are just updating itineraries. (P.S. the two pages for Tilbury and Newcastle are still on the site, and both mention arrival information involved with the staycations) I'll now be paying close attention on the 19th now

Clearly, going directly to DCL is probably the most accurate information regarding itineraries/sailings. I hope they restore/have the Tilbury itinerary.

Now that people are coming out of hibernation, I think we’ll see more of these “controversies” settled in/before court.

I heard that part of the reason Orange County Fl. is clarifying the mask mandate/ giving some steps to completion, is due to possible ADA suits. (and the threats of recall that are gaining steam).

like the reason Disney allows transparent masks for those HOH/deaf folks is because of this settlement for accommodations

In reading your link, it does appear that Nike took an appropriate stance. I could definitely see local governments quickly abiding by the threat of ADA litigation(s).

I would surmise that cruise lines will need to abide, scratch that, accommodate those same guests as well. Good link...thanks!
