I would assume just taking from other buckets or the amount is already factored it to the current limits - I would be surprised if they are increasing capacity at all right now, but can't say for sure

Disney doesn’t do refurbishments out in the open. They take great care in putting up somewhat decorative boards, fences and scrims to keep refurbishments from site.Anyone else’s heart sink when they read this?
