Triplefigs - you might want to delete the section of the sample pricing. Those prices are for the regular MYW Vacations (based on 6 nights), not the discount MYW. Looks like the discount ($999.00 based on 4 nights) will save about $250 for a value resort, so far. Now, we need to find out what else might be included.

If you go to the disneyworld.com website and do the package as normal for the 2D/1J/1C for 6 nights at Pop Century during value season with 7 day base MYW tickets, the cost is $1331.

The price listed on the wdwinfo.com site for the 'discounted' package is $1481.39????

What am I missing?

those are REGULAR MYW Package prices (for regular season). They are just on the site. they are NOT the new package prices. The only example listed is $999. Guess we'll all have to wait to get quotes for particular days, types of resorts, tickets, etc.

Has anyone run the numbers to see what % off this works out to be. I wonder if those dates are right 11/26-12/4 I really want to make my 2 ressiea into one so that I can have that extra day of dining. There's is what we all want magic and a little pixie dust that it is annouced tomorrow although the DIS say 11/29.

I dunno... I hate to be the party pooper here. But this is exactly what Mary form Mousesavers said it could be. Until i see it on the Disney website, i wont believe whats "pending" since they change that all time.

--If we do the package can we still get dining? I would say no because it's not rack rate but yes because it's still a package deal and not a room only thing...any ideas?

I will be interested to see what the rates work out to at the Deluxes...we are booked at WL with the dining plan right now. Fingers crossed that the pending offer gets released on 9/29 as scheduled and make us all VERY happy!

I'd like to know that too. We are there Nov 29-Dec 7, so several of our days aren't covered. Again, I'm very happy I went ahea and booked the AAA package plus dining. I'm very interested to see how this plays out.

We are staying at WL the first week of Dec for 8 nights. Our AAA ressie for a standard room saves us about $270. It will have to be a pretty good discount to work for us because there are no standard rooms available at WL. So, we'd have to move up to a Courtyard, and then we could very easily spend more than we are now.

Using the dates 10/23-10/27 4 nights at a value with tickets, non park hoppers the amount on the Disney website with tax is $1232.00. This is for 2 adults one child and one junior.
If the $999.00 rate includes tax then it is a savings of $233.00 for the 4 night 5 day stay. If the $999.00 rate does not include tax, then the amount would be about $1113.00 or a savings of only $119.00.
If you use December dates 12/4-12/8 4 nights at a value the Disney website at a value is $1134.00 you have even less of a savings.
Am I figuring something out wrong???

I ran some numbers for that too, and I don't see too much of savings either. I came up with pretty much the same thing you did. But i guess a $100 saved is a $100 more dollars to spend, so hopefully this deal will work out good for some people. I am interested to see if this still translates into any type of deal if you don't have 1 jr and 1 child.
