Ooh. I think we have Chinese tomorrow :)

I read that drinking 500ml (over 16 ounces) of cold water as soon as you wake up, raises your metabolism by 27% for 90 mins. Then I also read that those who eat breakfast in the morning, are less likely to be overweight O_o

I don't eat breakfast often enough... maybe I should start eating cereal when I wake up.
 
I had a cinammon swirl this afternoon... Then i've had my dinner about 7 1/2 later. I've had ice cream and biscuits as well.

I've eaten less then I normally do today.

Okay, so 3 meals a day is BAD.

Think about it, your body takes in foods and hangs onto it because it knows exactly when its going to get food next. What does it hold onto? FAT.

So, to lose weight, what you do is graze. Eat lots of small portions all day and then your body starts to realize that it will get food soon, so it doesnt hang onto the fats in what you eat.

It REALLY works.
Its amazing.

Plus, you feel better, instead of being hungry during the times inbetween meals, youre not hungry at all.
 
I wasn't trying to be funny.

But interesting. I have a big meal for dinner, then just snack throughout the day.

I usually snack throughout the day, and I dont think im fat, and right now im losing weight because of lack of iron.

Im 5'3 *i think* and weigh 109.

That isnt too bad.

I actually consider that to be underweight, i like having meat on my bones, so in the winter im not cold and..i dont like feeling my ribs along my arms like they are now.

Its very uncomfortable to lay down and feel your bones against the cushion D:

I'm 5'10 (I believe) and i'm not saying how much I weigh, because it's alot O_o I really need to exercise more.

Peta is planning on buying one or more of the Seaworld parks, rehabilitate the animals, then release them. Then, there will be virtual animal displays instead...
