Well, I'm drinking myself to oblivion right now (water of course)... I'll get to see my baby again in 1 hour. I honestly don't know how I'll be able to hold on without going potty... urgh... 32oz with my pea sized bladder... I think my doctor is trying to torture me...

But I'm sooooo excited to see the little bean again!

So what's the due date? I want to get you added to the list! Glad everything seems to be okay.

They told us November 8th, but Novermber 15th is more likely due to my wife's crazy monthly cycle. (TMI?)

So I got the book Baby Bargains and I'm messing with their message boards right now and they are AWESOME!! They use vBulletin like the dis, which is by far the best software. They have a bunch of links to sites that have deals of the day that are all baby related and links to freebies and coupons. It's awesome!

I am so jealous you're finding out next Friday. I have to wait until April 14th. I'll already be 6 months by then! My doctor must hate me I am so ready to find out so I can really start buying and decorating stuff.

Well we saw our Little Bean
They did the 3d/4d U/S and luckily bean was cooperating.
Here's our baby still swimming in my belly

Everything was good... no more low placenta and the fibroids have moved up. So looks like I can do ******l (oops... I got bleeped out... LOL!!)delivery... if the baby is in the right position of course

I can't believe you remembered my name choices! You are so cool!

My appointment is at 8:30 Friday morning. DH and I will probably go register afterwords, but I'll come on sometime that afternoon to tell you all!

Ohhh... those registry guns can be dangerous! DH and I totally hit the mall after our ultrasound, though. It was so much more fun to go shopping and know who I was shopping for! You guys will have a blast!

She just kept saying that she doesn't like to do them before 5 months because there's a chance she could make a mistake. Oh well.

Actually April 14th will be my third one too. I had my first one at 10 weeks to determine how far along I actually was and then I had the other one at 17 weeks when I got food poisoning and they did the U/S at the ER to make sure the baby was okay. The nurse who did my U/S at the second one said she couldn't get a good enough look to tell me the sex. They were hiding their junk I guess

I just hope April 14th gets here quickly so I can find out. I can't wait to know if it's Jacob or Allison in there

I have a lot to catch up on and don't have time to read everything now.

Allison Catherine made her grand debut on Wednesday, March 18th at 10:49pm.

I started with contractions on Monday night around 7pm, so needless to say, it was a VERY long labor. and... let's just say that back labor SUCKS!!
I did end up having a shot (nubaine, i think) in the buttocks to help me to relax but other than that, I did it all on my own.

I will post a pic soon.

OHHHHH, back labor is awful! I went into labor with ds11 on a Sunday morning, and had an awful weekend dr. He kept telling me I wasn't in labor, since it was all in my back and the stupid machine wasn't picking up anything. They were about to send me home (an hour from the hospital) when my water broke. I wanted to break his neck!

I can't wait to see pictures!

I looks sooo different from mine, I was a week before you 31 weeks 4 days. I loved mine. You can see him, his hands, one shot the umbillical cord is across 1/2 his face.

Yeah Congrats!! Welcome Allison Catherine. Love that name!!

Back labor is the worst. I couldn't figure out why the pain got so much worse once I finally got admitted to the hospital until after when I realized it was laying down that was horrible.

I am so jealous of all of you ... you will all have moved on by the time I get my BFP!!

I can't wait until 20 weeks to get the gender ultrasound. Since I know I'll do a 3d/4d later in pregnancy I might end up getting a gender scan earlier at a ultrasound place!!! I have no patience ... I don't care if it's not 100% accurate, I'll take my chances!

I think i'm going to go to bed now... my office, where I'm under contract to work 5daysweek/5hours a day... has me working 6 days and 39.75 hours next week. Not including my lunches (so add 6 hours) not including transportation (add another 6 hours) and not including school...
I'm going to try to catch up on my sleep before it hits me...
so.. december...you were wondering how I was doing it? ... I think next week will be my crashing!

Yeah, the baby has the cord and legs in front of his/her face. We had to literally poke my belly to get it to move the legs away so we can see the face...
Then the cord was moving around and covering the face too most of the time. So the sonographer had to catch it at just the right time to get the clear face picture....

I'm exhausted and heading to bed, but so excited that I got some things done today! We found dd9 a gorgeous dresser (and spent way more than I meant to) but it is in her room, and Katie now has dd9's old dresser in my room. I opened a pack of newborn diapers and have them in the top drawer-they are so tiny!!!! I also got a new couch, and 2 new glider/recliners. Dh always complains about the furniture I buy, but doesn't want to shop with me. Well, today I called him from the store and told him I wasn't buying a couch until he ok'd it! He loved the one dd9 had picked out, and I found a matching glider/recliner to go with it, and he starts telling me how bad his recliner is.......So I just got two. His wouldn't have matched well anyway (the old stuff was a light khaki-the new is a deep brown). We came home and set the old set (sectional and recliner) in the yard, and someone came by and bought it 15 min later! We actually had several people in the yard at one time waiting to see if this 1st lady (who was my oldest sister's best friend in school-today was weird) was going to get it. I think she was "forced" into making the decision, but she seemed happy with the deal we gave her.

So we have made room for Katie, at least until she starts crawling and playing with toys, then I don't know where she'll go! But for now we are ok.

I was just about to start it yesterday when the cord to my laptop died. I 'm getting a new cord today and will start our official new "Mom's of 2009 and beyond" thread tomorrow! Make sure to check here for the link!
