Newest MDE iOS update has a curious new feature

Just updated MDE for iOS
In the list of what it can now do, in addition to edits for Photopass it has the following feature

"the app now uses location services and Bluetooth technology to help determine the length of standby lines"

Thoughts? Anyone heard of this feature coming along?

The weak link in the chain is the accuracy of how the wait-time is measured by the ride CMs.
