Newbie Who Needs Points For January 2006

Hi all. I am a newbie who has done some research on point rental.... (which may be dangerous) LOL....

I not play games, and I get to the point... Here is what we need.

I need 195pts for 3 studio's to the BWV's for 6 nights at the end of Jan 06

We want to rent from someone who has some history with the board. I want to deal with a DIS or DVC veteran. This will make me comfortable with our families purchase.

If possible:

10.00 / 10.50 a point 11:00 if we have no other choice

We want to pay 25% deposit via paypal (credit card)

We want to pay our deposit after proof of ressie is confirmed

We want some kind of rental agreement

Pay the rest of the payment 45 days from time of arrival

40% down and 60% 2 months before time of arrival.

I have 210 points available for the March 2005 use year. These will expire Feb 28, 2006. If you are interested, let me know. $10/pt is reasonable as far as I'm concerned.
