Newbie Help Trying to get FP for A&E, 7DMT, ETWB

Hi, Everyone.

I apologize if this has been discussed and I am just not seeing the post.

We leave soon for our trip and cannot get FP for Anna & Elsa, Mine Train or Enchanted Tales. We would also have liked FP for the MK parade & fireworks.

We didn't know to book FP as soon as the window opened. I have been trying periodically for the last month or so to find an opening, but when I go to change 1 selection of the current daily FP options (say currently set to Small World).. the options for these attractions have NEVER EVER popped up.

I have tried all times of day including middle of the night.

Is it just luck of the draw now? Just keep trying all random times day and night?

When you go to.look, try booking the day like they are all new fps. When you only change 1, MDE isn't checking during the other 2 fp times you have booked. When you book like you are booking just a new day of fp+, you'll see the full availability.

Don't be scared by the warnings that the new selections you are making will overwrite your existing fp+ reservations. They don't overwrite until you confirm that you want the new options...you can go.through the proces and see what is available, and if it isn't something you want, just cancel it out and your original fp+ selections will remain in place.

It is pretty much luck of the draw- I think early mornings are a good time to look- some people wait till the morning of to cancel anything. There's also a cancellation thread on this forum you might want to look at- this is for November- assuming that's when your trip is. Good luck!

Yes, it's just pretty much the luck of the draw now. You can keep checking and you might get lucky. I don't know how many people are in your party but try to get the FP+ for as few people in your group as possible, such as you and your daughter forA&E and not include any family friends that A&E isn't a must do. You can stalk the cancellation threads to see if someone is going to give them up or be there at rope drop for your best opportunity to not wait in line for hours. Good luck! Even if you don't get them have a wonderful trip!
