Newbie. HELP Few combined questions

What is the best way to do this? I want to take my little brothers and sisters to WDW. I plan on surprising them with the tickets on Christmas and taking them late Feb or early March.

My questions are these: I am a AP. I won't need tickets. I want to get 4 day Park Hopper for them. Should I do that and add the DDP? Will I even be able to do that?

Also, I know I can get a discount with my AP Card. I want to stay at a moderate. All in all. My budget is 2K. Do you think I can get tickets for kids (all 18 and under) the DP (hopefully added) and a Moderate resort for 2K? I don't need plan tickets since I live in Jax, and will be driving. Thank you!

You can book a room, get the AP discount that is available, then add the Dining Plan. Buy Tickets for the rest from a reliable Authorized Discount seller such as undercovertourist or wait til check in and add Tickets for those that need them. I would leave off the Hopping option, just visit each Park one day, always plenty to do and see without hopping, IMHO and that will save a bit of money.
When you say " brothers and sisters " how many all together ? I assume 2 or more of each ( s added ) If so, your choices of Resorts will be limited if you hope to all be in one room. If you have 5 altogether, Port Orleans Riverside will be a great Moderate for all of you
I think you " might " be able to do it for 2k but need more info on total of persons and exact ages. Also exact dates would help to price it out as well

Ages are 13, 11, and 9. I am planning on going March 3-6
