My resolution is to start taking better care of myself and to stop losing things. I just lost my cell phone last night and sometimes I swear I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached.
I guess my resolution is similar to others...I need to get my butt back into the gym. My original goal was to lose 50lbs before the podcast cruise, but that won't happen now...I would at least like to lose a bit though...I don't want fat vacation pictures anymore!
I have two, one is to keep off the weight I've lost (just over 40lbs) and the other is to try to relax more. I'm a fairly strict parent and my kids are usually very well behaved. I'm going to try to go a little easier on them!
I usually don't make any resolutions for New Year's. It's much like Valentine's Day--I don't think we need a special day in order to celebrate love. So therefore if you want to improve yourself, you don't need a new year to do it. Just do it
