New Year's Eve Transportation

I have to go from DTD around 8 pm to the Contemporary for 9 pm. on NYE. I would rather dine at the Wilderness lodge, but then I have to go from the WL around 10:30 pm to the CR for a Wishes Cruise.

I have no problem taking cabs, but will I find them?

There is not a shortage of cabs at Disney. THey are about a dime a dozen.
