New Year's Eve Fireworks

Does anyone know if they have fireworks cruiseboats you can rent for the New Year's Eve fireworks for MK or EPCOT. I know if they do they would be next to impossible to book, but I was just wondering if they had them, and if so, when they become available to book. I think I would have as good a chance as anyone else to get one. Or, maybe I could volunteer 2 buy 2 spots in someone else's boat who gets one.

1- Guests cannot pilot their own rented boats after dark, but there ARE several fireworks Cruises that are piloted for guests.
