Grim, thank you SO much for posting those adorable pictures of Piper and Dede! She's a doll, how exciting to see her first time at Disney! You're indoctrinating her well; it's obvious she loved it. The photo with her arms crossed at the table... , and the one where she's holding Minnie's nose...I noticed a guy smiling in the background. I'm sure she made lots of people smile! I'm glad you had a good time.

A little drama here today...Mel passed out on the tennis court, someone called EMS, and he was fine after a short while. He's good at keeping hydrated, but he needs to get in the shade once in a while, too! Anyway, he's ok, but it was scary when I got the call!

I'm waiting for a call from Jesse, to pick him up from a friend's house. Let's hope Barry Bonds hits that run before I have to go out!

Yeah - what a great day for baseball today with Arod's 500th & Barry's
755th - pretty darn exciting!!! It sure would have been nice if he could have hit that at AT&T park...but hey - we'll take it anywhere.....

Warped Tour is done

Skate Pros at the park wednesday night,
spring product show thursday,
vacation in less than three weeks,
store closing in two~

My Mom is staying near the bowling pin pool at POP,
Went Downtown last night and hit MK already.

She's gonna do a three park backstage tour on thursday
and is coming home friday.

The tour sounds cool,
I'm still deciding between the $48 one park tour no ticket included vs
the $199 tour that goes to Epcot, MGM and Magic Kingdom
and includes access

Karen~ YEAH! Photos!!! very nice!! i love that one of the valley too!! awesome! and yep i agree - SO nice to put a face to the name! What a great vacation. My (future) son in law & his friend went to Spain not so long ago for some motorcycle race....sounds like such a great place to go....will have to add to my list of 'must go' places.

PS - i ended up getting a Lexus - not the Hybrid like your DH - but I love it!!!

Yikes! We'd slipped onto page 2!

I hate the transition from vacation back into 'real' life - it's taking me ages to gather the reins here at home and I have so much to do!

My DD's moved back home for a while. Her DBF, Joe, is in Africa for 10 weeks as part of his medical training and she found being 'home alone' wasn't much fun. Currently she's staying in her eldest brother's bedroom as he's away but will be returning on Friday so I need to get the spare room sorted for her ASAP! And OMG is it full of junk or what!??!! I should've started sorting it out yesterday but TBH I have been rather distracted by the final Harry Potter tome! I finally finished it last night - what a great book! I thought JKR did a good job of tying up all those loose ends...
