I think Bride just invited Tigg to visit (didn't cha?) nothing funny about that we're just friendly here on the DIS.

Tigg, the game is FRIDAY!!! So unless we cut into your touring time on FriDAY to see the movie I figured we'd have to catch it on Saturday. (didn't I tell you I'd have to break it to the kids and they would be crabby and they get to sit next to you????)

Bride, do you want to come to the game with us Friday night? We are getting bleacher seats ~$33. pm me if you do and we can add more tickets so we can all sit together.

Paul should buy them tomorrow....I'll make him wait one more day. (he has been swamped with work so he didn't get them today)

Gotta eat dinner now, just home from Wilson's little league game (yes he won...okay they don't keep score in A ball, but I bug him after every game and ask him if he won...just my little silly way to get him in the ribs )

I know, so Paul and I can enjoy a game without worrying about them (did I tell you that's why I suggested it) just kidding....they aren't that bad and I thought it would just be a totally SF way to enjoy SF.

the game is really good tonight, it's on tv. they aren't always on so we have been surfing back and forth between survior and giants.

got to get my jammies on now, I'm wiped out.

All your settings are under your userCP. All editing can be done from there...I upload my own depending on my mood, that's a little more complicated than using a DISavatar.

I am too computer saavy, I remember the codes that make up the smilies so I really don't have to "go get them." If you want them, when posting, use the Advanced mode. There is a quick page for the most common used and a "more" button at the end of the box to get all of them. Click on whatever smiley you like as you type and they'll show up in your post.

Nan and I were just talking about specifics for our first day in Cali. I can't wait, the trip is getting so close now I can feel it!

As you can see, I have changed my Avatar. Tinkerbell is my favorite because I love her mischeviouse side. At some point I'd like to put a picture of Jeff and I in that slot but I'll have to find the time to do that. If anyone (Colleen) can tell me how, I'd appreciate it.

The first thing I can tell you if you want you and Jeff as an avatar, it can only be 100 x 100 pixels. Siggy pics can be alot larger as you can see by my Johnny.

Hi gang,

Chad and Louise are coming home from WDW tonight. Their plane comes in at 9:35 PM, and I'm SO excited!!!!!!!! He called every day, and they had a fantastic time. I thought maybe they would have had enough, since they were there for 9 days, but they both said they're already feeling the blues of leaving. There's so much they still haven't done, like go over to Ft. Wilderness and see the Tri-Circle D ranch area, which I begged them to do to get pics for me (I've been obsessed lately with seeing Ft. Wilderness), but they just didn't have time. I know you all know this, but there's just so very much to see and experience at WDW, that there's always something new to explore.

They switched over to the Poly a few days ago, Tahiti longhouse, first floor patio room with an MK (lagoon) view. Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!

I have my eggs boiled, and I told Chad even if he's dog tired, we have to stick to tradition and color eggs, even if it's only 1 egg each! I'm going to go out in a bit and see if there's any Easter candy left in the stores for their baskets.

I was just over checking my MySpace and found Chad and Louise's pictures...

Ok, I cheated Looks like they had the perfect trip---

I'm home today, typing out my itinerary for Cali on my spreadsheet. Adjusting our hotel dates. I took a sick day, for those who don't know-I am rediculously allergic to dust-Saturday I took up Brittany's carpet, today I am home, covered in hives, itchy hives. I can medicate myself better at home to get rid of these hives. I think I got alotta dust in my lungs as well cause my throat's been horrible for the last few days. aaaaanyway...I'm ok, I've had these allergies so long I knew what to expect when I started pulling up that carpet. The floor underneath looks fabulous! It required very little once the rug and padding were up. Britt's room looks like it had a total makeover~

Now that we're going to a ballgame in Cali, I gotta do my research on the ballfield. I'm gonna go see what transportation we'll use to get there, how far it is from our hotel and what kinda food offerings we can get for dinner there~

Hi Colleen,

From your hotel, you aren't that far from the ball field. If you like to walk it is about 1 1/2 miles. Probably the best thing for you all to do is to take a taxi there and back. I think that Jeff and I will take the ferry either to the park or the ferry terminal closer to pier 39 & walk. It will depend on what time we can get off of work. I've never been to a Giant's game because my dad is an Oakland A's fan and we go to those games. I'm very excited!

Tell Chad & Louise that they have to post a few pictures as soon as they can.

I printed out the local transit map...

I got the link off of the Stadium's website. There's a tram/train that goes right from the wharf to the stadium.

I was also looking at the area at the wharf and noticed the tour boats for alcatraz leave near where we are staying. Rose was hoping to have time to go over and tour alcatraz while we are in san fran. I'm wondering if that's something we could do the day we drive over to san jose. I presume we could do a tour and still have plenty of time to get to the Pruneyard and then go to the movies with Nan and her family.

I've seen an alcatraz sunset on tv recently and cannot wait to see it and take pictures for myself.

I hope she doesn't mind...

Her father in law is horribly ill and her husband has to go be with him. She may be going too, I haven't heard back from her in the last 24 hours. I've left two voice mails and sent a text message and a PM and have yet to hear back. I sent a message to Chad to see if he can tell me where Aisling is and what her plans are~send your prayers and pixie dust to her and her family please, I'm sure she could use a little of our reassurance thru this tough time~
