We have a trip planned for Thanksgiving that we are likely going to have to bail on and I’m looking at rebooking for New Years. We would be arriving New Years Eve and leaving on Jan 4, so 12/31-1/4. Our first park day would be Jan 1. I was assuming the Christmas Calvaclades, Castle lights projection show, Christmas trees would be up and running through New Years weekend. But looking at the website it shows it running through 12/30. Obviously, things are different this year but how has it been handle in years past? I hate to pay the outrageous price of New Years and not get the holiday festivities to go with it! Specially wanting the projection show and calvaclades. Due to work, we can’t really move the trip up...decisions, decisions.

The decorations will stay up past new year's but the offerings usually end the day the festivals and seasonal offerings say they end

With parks closing much earlier than normal, they could take the decorations down before Jan 1.

They've done it before.
Only Epcot's tree goes down December 30th to make more room for viewing of fireworks, since there's presumably no fireworks this year they might keep it up. When have the other parks had their decorations down first week of January?
