From Tyler,

1.) There will no longer be service to/from the Transportation & Ticket Center to the Wilderness Lodge/Fort Wilderness. The bus will still go from Fort Wilderness to Wilderness Lodge and back, but it will not be going to the TTC anymore.

2.) From Wilderness Lodge only, there will be a DIRECT bus to the Magic Kingdom. This bus will run about every 15 minutes during normal MK bus service hours.

Boat service will not change.

As with all test routes, THIS INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT..

As for starting time, I am sure it starts the same as all the other MK busses - 6:30-6:45AM or so for the early morning breakfasts in MK and MK resorts.

I'm glad to hear they're going to have a bus now from WL. This is what has kept me from considering going back to the WL - even though I really like the WL. We got stuck at MK one night after the boat stopped running and since we'd never been to the TTC and not familiar with it - we couldn't find the bus we needed to take to get back to the WL. It was not fun. We wound up taking the monorail to the Contemporary and taking a taxi to WL.

The WL bus is based out of bus stop #4 at the Magic Kingdom theme park. There is no longer any resort bus at the Transportation & Ticket Center.

The bus will start running around 6:45am, and will run about every 15 minutes until the Magic Kingdom clears for the night. (Actual arrival times may vary)

We'll be there next week. Think the bus will be faster than the boat? We'll try and be super early to take advantage of 7AM EMH and beat the crowds.

In the case of a 7am EMH, my guess is that the bus will be running earlier than 6:45am.

But all things being equal start time wise, the bus will be quicker because it moves faster.

Okay, so maybe we'll bus it there and take a leisurely boat ride when we're going back to the WL. Thanks

This is great news. It's always nice to have options. I was wondering about the bus from WL to FW. For Tyler: Does this bus drop you off at the depot near the petting farm/HDD, or does it bypass and go straight to the FW checkin center? And then you have to take another bus to the petting farm?

The bus runs from WL to Settlement Depot (Pioneer Hall, near petting zoo) down the Orange route, to the Outpost (check-in) and then reverses.
