New to this part of Dis! Great designs! I am inspired! Where do I start??

I have been on Dis for quite a few years and have never looked at this part of the site! It is wonderful! So many wonderful designs and people! Well, now I am inspired! Where the heck do I start? We have a family trip in Dec. My parents are taking us (me, DH, DS 9 and DD 3) along with my brother and his girlfriend. Maybe I could make sweatshirts (we are going in Dec) for everyone and a few t's for the kids. My mom would get a kick out of it. Any ideas where I should start? Thanks!
