New to this board - Looking to go 3/30/03 to 4/06/03 - need all the help we can get.

We want to go to WDW 3/30/03 to 4/06/03 & really need a 2 bedroom villa - would love Boardwalk area. From thr calculator my best guestimate is approx 306 points.

I have never posted on the DVC board and would love to know how this works. I know I "buy/rent" your points but:

How do I pay you?
Who makes ressies?
Is there a formal agreement?
Does WDW get involved at all?

Any advice or guidance even if you have no points to rent is appreciated.
