New to DVC reservation questions

Hi! We're new to DVC as we're in process of buying points resale. Wondering a few things.
1 - We will only have enough points to be able to stay in a studio. Are studios in general easier or more difficult to get reservations for?
2 - Is there any chance that when we close in a month or so we might still be able to get a reservation for 5 nights in the first two weeks of August? We could be flexible with the dates within those two weeks.
3 - How difficult are DVC reservations to get around long holiday weekends like MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, etc??
Any insight from all you DVC veterans would be much appreciated!

1 - Usually harder to get than a one bedroom. A one bedroom uses about double the points and sleeps the same.

2 - August might be possible.

3 - You need to book at 11 months out to get these busier times.
