New ticket deal: 4-Park Magic Ticket $279

If you have not used the tickets yet, may be worth a call. Disney is known to make exceptions.
Thanks, but on one day we have FP @ EP and the Jingle Bell Dessert Party at HS. Since we leave in 12 day(!) I highly doubt being able to make any switches. At this point I'm relieved all of the planning details are settled. Ahhhh!

The only thing that could make this even better is if there was a water park add-on. But I added it up, and adding on 1 water park ticket would still make this cheaper than the 4-day park + water park tickets that I get a discount on through my work!

Oh wow, this is great! I may be going with my dd in May for just 2 days to visit MK and EP. This works out to be alot cheaper.

When this type of ticket was offered to DVC a couple years ago, you could go to a different park on the same day. In that case, you'd use two "entrances" on the same day. Basically, if you wanted a three-day ticket but wanted to hop one day, this ticket could still work out for you.

If you only have 2 park days planned, the 2-day base ticket is still less expensive (at $202/ticket)- it's at 3 days that it becomes a better deal

The owner of our travel agency called Disney today and confirmed that you cannot leave and re-enter a park with this ticket. This applies even for the same park. So you cannot, say, go to HS in the morning, take an afternoon break, and then go back for dinner and Fantasmic. There is no re-entry.

I believe their intent is to market to off-site guests who arrive, park, and stay all day, as opposed to on-site guests who often return to their resort at mid-day or hop to another park in the evening. If the restrictions fit your touring style, then it could be a good deal for you.

Wow .. are you sure? I really don't believe that. I don't get that from the wording at all. The wording would need to be MUCH clearer if that is the case such and simply state "no rentry" allowed.

To me the wording is just emphasizing that you get ONE park ticket for each for the 4 parks .. just emphasizing that you can't sacrifice your AK ticket to get another MK day. Thus "Tickets may not be used to enter the same park more than once". Once you enter MK on Day 1, you can't go to MK on Days 2, 3 or 4.

If what you say is true, it seems like this ticket will be a customer service nightmare for them. No matter how much they warn people I guarantee there will be a lot of people who buy this ticket and go to a park, leave to grab lunch or an afternoon break and come back and be VERY upset they can't get back in.
(This seems huge. The angry mom/dad will be yelling at customer service person while his kids are crying in the background that they can't go back in and see the fireworks after having an expensive dinner at Ohana .. and they will probably let them in anyway to just make them happy.).

I don't see the point of NOT letting people back in. The crowds are peak from noon-5 before most everyone leaves anyway. Why wouldn't they want these guests coming back into the park for dinner/snacks and shopping at night? Especially in the "half-day" parks?

I believe this is what is throwing people off: "Tickets may not be used to enter the same park more than once"
It's listed twice on the Tickets page, and definitely sounds like 'no rentry'

Though it does follow a description stating that the ticket is good for 1-day of admission to each park in the view details link, rather than one entry.
While I believe that 'admission' is correct and re-entry is allowed, the copy is very confusing. Hopefully it is clarified soon

Exactly! If no re-entry was allowed, it would say that, as that is unusual and against the standard WDW practice.

I wonder why you can not reenter a park the same day. Some people might want to eat at or tour a resort, or maybe take a mid day break.

The way I read it, "This ticket may not be used to enter the same park more than once" means on separate days. In other words, you can only use it once at each park, you can't go to MK two of the four days.

Sorry I wasn't very clear. We are going to be there (Orlando) for a week with 2 days at Universal. To keep costs down we were just going to do 2 park days at WDW, but if we buy these tickets we can go to the parks for 4 days. Its not as much savings as I originally thought but its enough to cover a couple meals for the 2 of us.

Can this be combined with a room and if so will it be full rack?
This is just a ticket offer, not part of a package.
You can book a separate room only reservation at a discount, and link these tickets without losing that RO discount

Agree with the last two posts - I just played around in the system, and you can do a room only offer and then add these tickets.

Is this confirmed by anyone regarding the new ticket? Earlier in the thread, I believe someone said you can't enter two different parks on the same day. We're going on a short trip, and I wouldn't mind using two "tickets" on one day in order to park hop on one day. It'd still be cheaper than a three-day ticket, and certainly cheaper than a 3-day park hopper. Maybe I'll try to call Disney over my lunch break to ask.

Even if you call, you aren't going to get a solid answer. Information was sent out to select teams, and that information was extremely vague and not very useful. If Guest Relations and Vacation Planning aren't 100% sure, then no one at the call center will be either
