I don't think this thread is going the way the OP thought it would.
causing mombrontrent'sHow about this: give everyone who enters the park a "shotgun start" map and time to begin their programmed series of rides
immediately following to become ambiguous. (Which scenario?)Sorry but it sounds like a ridiculous idea, and way to complicated. I can see so many things wrong with this scenario.
I think everyone is missing the fun and spontaneity that this could bring to the parks.
So let's say a guest enters door #1. A CM will then be there to offer guests the ability to stay in door # 1 for a chance to advance through the queue or trade in door # 1 for either a new door or a box (that can be brought in by a character for the added excitement). The box could contain an immediate bump to the front of the line, a Mickey Bar, a t-shirt, a special seat for fireworks, socks, a bounceback offer or absolutely nothing!
That's a GREAT idea -- I wish they'd do that. How about a system where Disney posts the expected wait time of the rides someplace public, or even on an app of some kind, and people can use that info to decide whether they want to wait in that size line?
