New Source for 3-day Hoppers!

So, do we think these convention things are legit for people to use. The savings (especially when factoring in the quest aspect) are pretty low.

Bo's Mom,

Someone forwarded it to me and I sent it your way via email.

Now that Ticketmania is no longer selling 3-day passes, I'm even more interested in the convention tickets!

*Caution: please read the privacy policy on the convention website. They are in the business of collecting information, so be careful about what you do. It says it's necessary to know what convention you are attending in their policy.

Just a heads up, you could call them directly and ask their policies as well.

Bump... anyone on the credibility of these tickets?

First let me say that I am NOT a Disney expert but am in the day to day "business" of reading fine print and I don't think it is a matter of credibility as far as the tickets go. There are convention tickets out there to be had and if you can find them then Way to go! Best advice I would give would be know your source. I certainly wouldn't buy them from just any vendor, but if they come directly from Disney how can you go wrong???

Hey kids. The Orlando Visitor's Center in Kissimmiee is currently selling 3day Hopper PLUS tickets. The "plus" is a one day admisison for the water park of your choice ie. Typhoon lagoon or Blizzard Beach. PI is NOT part of this ticket. I can't list the price here, but it's cheaper than the one day admisison for 3 days making the H20 park essentially free. Plus you can still HOP the four parks.:smooth: There Ya' Go!

And Here We Come!! :Pinkbounc :earseek:

Hi you guys:

I called the Orlando Visitor's Center to ask them about the availability and price on the 3 day hopper and they said, "there is no such thing as a 3-day hopper".... so the guy I talked to is clueless...

Do you remember who you talked to or what number you called? I had already been on their website signing up for a MagicCard, so I used the number listed on the website...

Can you give me the number you used? I would really like these as well, if the price is right!!

Thanks~!

I'm so sorry guys, I called too, and it turns out they quit selling them in February, 2004. We used our MagicCard to get a discount when we bought them, with the purchase of the cruise so the price was right. (Confidentially, the agent I spoke with at the convention center said the possibility of them reissuing the 3 day hoppers was pretty high for the "summer rush") as Fodor's Orlando 2004 guide book and the Kissimmie attraction brochures also printed that the convention center had the 3 days. Sorry to mis-inform, but hopefully the discontinue is temporary.

Could someone please PM me with the mousesavers newsletter? I am interested in the 3 day hoppers. Thank you

They aren't available thru the link any longer.... sorry

Do you have to name a convention I wonder? Also, am I correct that some of you folks have used convention tickets without any hassles at the gate?

I'm curious too, do you need to tell them the name of the convention/resort room # or need any identification in order to purchase and use these types of passes???
