New Shareholders Website Area

Hi,

Just to add my comments - like others didn't get an email regarding the end of year results, or email regarding the new shareholder website section.

Last email I did receive was in July regarding the nine-months to June results.

Girlfriend - who is also a member with her own holding, also didn't receive the emails.

Have emailed Shareholders Club to advise, and ask for email addresses to be readded to their circulation lists.

If / When I get a reply I'll let you know.

How strange i received the email about the reports last week but have had no email about the website!

I've just looked in my personal space to see if there was a link to a renewal form in there (which there is) but when I click on it it just states that I am unable to renew my card until two months before it expires.

Sorry I can't be any more help than this ~ hope they reply to your email soon. I am assuming you emailed dlpactionnaires? They have always been very quick at replying to me in the past so fingers crossed :wizard: they will do same to you.

Yes I used the dlpactionnaires addy - sent on Monday night - no response yet but keeping fingers crossed.

My card actually runs out in December 12/09 - I'm assuming like bank cards that is the end rather than the beginning otherwise I might have to hit the Disney store for xmas pressies a little sooner than planned :rotfl:
 

I have received both emails only problem is no card yet:confused3 I got a confirmation email from julien on 9th October and had hoped my card would be here by now so I can do some christmas shopping in the disney store.
 
No response from actionnaires yet. Tried the site this morning and I just get error 404 :-(
 
Got my reply today - not sure whose email they had previously but it didn't resemble mine! Anyway now got my access and completed my form.

This is where I now have a query. Like most people I bought the shares online via my Halifax account so I don't have a shareholding certificate. When I applied before I just literally did a screen dump of the page on my online account showing my shareholding and sent it off. As I have 21 shares there was no fee to pay.

But...on the new terms they sent it clearly states "electronic bank statements printed on Internet pages are not accepted."

So I've just used the webchat function on my sharedealing and they have said they will "I will contact our Perks department and request them to send you out a letter to the address which is on your Share Dealing account. "

So thought that might be useful for anyone else who has a Halifax sharedealing account.

Just need to work out how to configure the work fax to send things to Paris now ;-)

It takes 6 weeks for the card to arrive at the best of time, so hopefully you will be receiving it soon:thumbsup2
