On the kids computer downstairs beforew we head off to the gym.

We go see my MIL tomorrow - just for the afternoon.... oh, wel.....she's fine....

You guys are bein so good with the gym! I look across the room at my elliptical upon occasion....does that count?

Well, yeah.... a little bit . I dont ever lose weight - ever - but I just keep going in the hopes of not gaining and because I worry aobut heart disease alot (bears are prone to it, you know.) Wish you lived near-by we could be gym buddies.....sometimes motivation is REALLY needed....like right now!

ps - wish we luck , PD......we're also going to go and try to find my fathers grave site - it's a long.....story ( he was cremated and was not buried until many yrs later) but it will be my first time seeing it. We'll see.....
