New Scooter

I can't believe it, but my husband just purchased a scooter for me.

As he said, it wasn't like we weren't going to have to rent one for every Disney trip. Or even for other trips.

So I am now the proud owner of a Buzzaround EX.

I bought an inexpensive Drive scooter in December on Amazon for a little over $600. I've used it 3 times - once at Disney and for two garden tours covering several acres. It's just about paid for itself now.

Plus I just love knowing that I have it. It's a travel version that weights just under 100 pounds so my DH has no problem putting it in the back of our van even without taking it apart.

I do not use this in everyday life so this inexpensive option has been great. I probably won't use this even every other month. As my condition progresses I know that I will most likely need to upgrade to something sturdier. Plus my 4 wheel ECV would not work very well inside my home if I need it there.
