NEW Room Only Code - CFC - Oct, Nov, Dec.

Just confirmed a room only code (that I haven't seen anywhere else). I attempted to use it this morning, but our dates were blacked out.

Here's the dates the code is VALID:

Oct 19 - Nov. 1
Nov 9 - Nov 15
Nov 30 - Dec 13

UPDATE: Some have said the code is from a bounceback promotion, and may not work. I had no problem using the code, so it may or may not work for you. I guess it depends on the CM?

NOTE: I attempted to use for Pop Century, and was told it WILL work for the dates listed above. Not entirely sure of what resorts are included b/c I stumbled over the discount code on DIS. I'm not sure where the 'gritty' details for this code can be found.

Doesn't improve my situation. I'm currently booked w/ AAA which gives a 20% discount during value season. This code matches that discount for my travel dates. What a surprise. Prev. when room only codes came out they were 30 or 40%. Guess those rates, like cheap airfare, are gone too. But hey, if you don't have AAA, this gets you away from rack rates!

Nothing for me either for the cabins, he said it is for 30% off but that code has been out since Dec 15/07 and it is mostly gone for all availability.

Just called to use CFC. Agent said that it is a bounceback code only applicable if you are currently staying onsite. Could not use it today.

CFC is the bounceback code. Same one I used to book my Oct trip. I actually wrote it down.

Awww shucks, I lucked out again. Dec 6-12 and can't use at all. My CM was really helpful and tried a few things with no luck. Oh well, here's to hoping we, and others, will get lucky one day.

I am not a bounceback person, but WAS able to just use code CFC on my existing reservation to get more $$ off.

I had booked with a pin that I got in the mail and had 2 nights at CBR for a total of $312.76. I applied the CFC code just now and it is now down to $259.88 including tax for those two nights.

Just wanted to share my experience. I don't know if it is that the CM I worked with didn't know to only let that go to a bounceback or what, but she seems to have NO problem applying it.

I hope all these people applying the bounceback code have their reservations cancelled once disney finds out theyre not on property. The CM's are supposed to verify these things. Keep checking back on your resses, make sure theyre still there

I'll be there in 8 days and I will use it for my December trip to see if it's better than my AP rate. At least now i have the bounceback code without having to worry if I will have a flyer in my room.

When I called this afternoon with the CFC code the CM asked if I was part of a grand gathering. She said that code was only for Grand Gathering Ressies. I was pretty disappointed that Disney made a blackout date right in the middle of the second week of December. I'm going to Pop Century from 12/6 - 12/10 and since I booked my airline already I can't change my date to get an AP discount. I guess next year I'll be waiting to see if they offer discounts for the second week in December before booking airfare.

The reason this has occurred is because of POP Warner week. They typically invade the park 1st week of December, but because of the crazy Thanksgiving date (info provided by CM) this year, the last week of November and first week of December fall on the same week. This is why POP Warner week appears to have been moved up. Had I known this last year that they would be there the week i was to arrive, I would have avoided this by booking 11/29-12/6/08. Now I'm stuck and the parks will be packed BIG TIME during the time we're going as witnessed by absolutely NO AVAILABILITY at nearly all the resorts during this week. The only thing available are the high-end rooms at the Deluxes. I'll still go 2nd week and adjust if this happens again. This will be my first/last time going during PW week. I hope for the best, but anticipate being disappointed once we got to MVMCP and see the crowds as awful as last year.

What's funny is that I have a bounceback flyer from 2007 that I saved and the code is the SAME: CFC.
