It has been open 2 weeks or so, has anyone heard anything about the pool area, specifically the kiddie pool and anything special with it? Got a $86 a night for a King 1 bedroom in October.

Hi Baileybrad, Where did you find the great rate of $86 a nt.? Thanks! Pomcoach

rate. I work for the DOE. Residence Inn has really good rates for government employees. We have stayed at a wonderful RI in downtown Indianapolis for $79 a night. The fact that this new location opened up in Orlando with such a great rate is what is tempting us to stay off-site for a trip that we have planned for late October. I checked on the RI website and they also have really good AAA prices if you are a member. Just go to Marriott.com and look up the property under Residence Inn.

I got the govt rate too for November, except I got the 1 BR with two queens for our family of 4 ($86 with breakfast included). It is a great deal. I am really looking forward to someone posting who has stayed there. I also found out the have a family unit that has two bedrooms (I think the kids room may be themed, nit sure on that) anyway, they don't offer a govt rate but the price was pretty good. A better value than HIFS in my opinion since it is much larger and has a full kitchen.
