You shouldn't, historically the resort reservation is only used to determine the 180+10 and whether or not you have a dining plan associated at the time the ADRs are made (used for pre-payment locations e.g. CRT, Spirit of Aloha, and Hoop-de-doo).
Changing resort reservations after ADRs have been made should have no affect on the current ADRs. It may be worthwhile just to double check them though.
