To help get you started, some of the items to include in your post may include:
Did you call at the 11 month window, 7 month window or other?
What dates were you calling to reserve?
What is the day of week of your arrival day? ie: M, T, W, R, F, Sa, Su.
What size unit, category, and/or view were you trying to reserve?
Did you get what you wanted on the first call or were you shutout?
If Shutout, were any of the future days available?
If shutout, did you waitlist? How did you WL? Whole Period, first Day?
Misc Comments: May include future plans (for example, calling on Day-2 if shut out on Day-1), who you spoke to, knowledge of CM regarding new policy, etc.

Successful calling the first day at our 11-month window.
Checking in June 6, 2009 (a Saturday) and checking out June 19.
We were able to book exactly what we wanted ... 2 BDR BWV with BW View. I checked on Grand Villa and it was available as well.
