All of the mugs had Blue tops no matter whether they had black, blue, or silver handles. I wish POP had the silver ones when I bought mine but they only had black on display.

I like the old mugs better because they tell where you stayed - this is generic for 2007 and no one would know where they stayed by the mug - and I love tie dyed things anyway!

Double ditto. There's nothing cute about a mug where the handle and lid don't match. Looks like a bad afterthought. If all the resorts get the same mug, then you can refill anywhere.... which can be handy when you pool-hop

I was thinking the same thing. Of course I just tossed the old mugs into the disney bag.

Me too. I like my tie dye one. I fill it with milk and bring it to work with me.

They are nice mugs, but I agree, I want my mug to say where it is from. It's a nice keepsake, from each resort.

Just a quick bit of information:

The mugs became available Tuesday 3/20, at least at Pop. We checked in on Monday and bought our tie dye mugs (I now have a complete set of 10!), and noticed that they were all the "fat" ones and not the "tall" ones, and that there weren't very many of them. On Tuesday morning when we went into the Food Court the new ones were all on display.

Another interesting fact: This is the first time I've ever seen anyone using other than a Pop Century mug. I know it's done, I've just never seen it before!
