New Pirate Quest Items Bug

I traded for a code and the room is not gone the code Im not sure I just typed it does it mean it was not the second hand code?

As long as it wasn't one of the codes that was posted earlier as a "mutli-use code," I think you are safe

No wonder I was able to trade a tent room code for the pirate room code. I thought that I had just made a good trade. After reading this thread I immediately took everything out of the room as I assume that anything in the room will disappaer when the room is deleted.

Actually, if they delete the room any items that were placed in the room will be put back in your inventory. The same thing happens if you sell a room that has items in it. But removing stuff doesn't hurt.

I am really disappointed about this. I was beyond excited that I was at WDW for a quest release and this is ruining it.

I hope QA_SuzyQT can help you out with that. I know you got yours
legitimately.

Thank you for the information. Since I traded for it, I do not know if the code I used to get the was legitimate or not. Will it be possible for you to let us know when vmk has deleted all of the rooms it intends to delete so that we will know whether our room is "safe" and we can begin to use it.

The codes appear to be working now, as I got a Well this morning. Also, they had pulled the quest cards yesterday and they are now back at the shop (thanks to LoriR for that info )

I just talked to LoriR. She said VMK told her there was a problem with the codes when she turned them. They took her quest and attached a piece of paper with her name and address on it; to mail it to her in the future, when it's fixed. She also said she was in the pirate gift shop around 4pm yesterday and the quests that were displayed there were also pulled.

Yesterday a friend gave me a code for a quest he did and it gave me 1 credit. It was most certainly not the multi use code either.

QA Suzy will they be fixing this for us who got legitimatly?
Im princessconfused in VMK if you need to look at that info.

Send in your problem to Contact Us... they will review it and see if you were the first to enter the code. When they figure out you were, they should place the item(s) in your inventory.

I'm not sure what they're going to do. I"m sure they will figure something out though.

Not to worry though, the two wells I traded you were from single-use only codes, and then the cards were put away never to be seen again. So, you'll get to enjoy your wells for a very long time

I assume alot of ppl are like me. They traded good rare for a well just to have it taken away.
Will vmk be replacing those items to ppl who traded for a bad well or are we at loss?

Suzy-- did your team just send out mass-messages to those who entered the multi-use codes? One of my friends said they had just recieved one, but I haven't heard of this previously.

You noted that the quest has not been released at DLR yet, although it has been at WDW for a little while now. Do you have any information as to when it will be available at DLR or why it has been released so much earlier at WDW?

Thanks for any insight you might be able to provide as to this uneven quest release. The staff at DLR states that they have no information at all.
