New Park Hours - All this planning for naught!!!

I have planned and planned for a loooong time to get reservations in the parks prior to opening and then fast passes done. Now less than 45 days out Disney changed park hours for all parks every day of our trip. We have a party of 9 with Tuskers at 8 am one day was going to get on safari right after and use FP elsewhere. Now park opens at 8. Same thing for HWS. Have Sci-fi breakfast at 8 then jump on Toy Story before park opens then FP RRC. In the past when the parks opened up early so did the restaurants. I don't know if the do this anymore. How likely for Tuskers or Sci-fi open At 7 am so I can try to alter reservations.

I think it stinks too. This happened to us over spring break week and I do not recall the restaurants altering their hours either.

yeah, this does suck and it is pretty common. you could always try for the latest possible breakfast sitting? I've seen a fair number of large party reservations posted on the November cancellation thread--I think you still have a great chance of finding something that'll work for your group.

This happens all the time and is very common. The restaurants will not open any earlier when they change hours.

As you were planning on being there for 8am anyway, perhaps try and hit the rides you mentioned first, and then see if you can get lunch reservations. I can definitely recommend lunch as Tusker House- it's delicious!!

Feel for you. We got great mm pics when we had an 8:30 bog ressie. Park didn't open till 9.

Ugh that does suck! I made a backup touring plan just in case they mess with the hours on our early ADR day. I do not want to cancel our Crystal Palace ADR!
