New Owner at OKW

We are thinking about adding on at OKW via direct thru Disney... what expiration date is your contract? Is $90 the going rate or a promo rate for a short period of time?

Congrats and Welcome Home! Did you get a 2057 contract expiration or an earlier one? We are BCV owners but have stayed at OKW as often! We love OKW--we stayed there the first time because the points are so much lower but we didn't realize how much we would love the resort. Now not only do we get to stay somewhere we love, we save SO MANY points too!

Congrats and WELCOME HOME! We bought at OKW in '94 and have had many great times there. Its quiet (except for those pesky leaf blowers), usually not crowded, and everyone is soooo friendly.

Welcome. It's our favoite resort too. Most of our points are at OKW. I'll be the bald guy at the Gurgling Suitcase.

After a lot of researching, thinking, and praying, we are now owners at Old Key West. We are very excited and look forward to using the free '09 points DVC gave us.

I'm 98% sure it is 2057. I remember the guy saying 48 years, so I'm not sure if the those years begin this year or last year since we got last year's points, too. I think the 2057 is right.

The contract is for 48 years. I'm not sure if $90 is promotional or not. They didn't have any fliers for it.
