New Owner and making reservations?

Hi...just made my first DVC reservation... MS was very helpful...my question is...I love that 800 number ...do we use this to make PS for restaurants or do we still call the same dining number that I used before I was a DVC member? thanks..proud owner of 200 BVC poiints ...amy

First of all, congratulations and welcome home!

You can call MS to make dining PS/ADR if you wish. I still call Dining directly (they also have 800 numbers). Dining opens at 7 Eastern and MS opens at 9 Eastern. If you want something tough to get (like a princess meal or V & A's), definitely call dining - if you don't, you probably won't get what you want.

I kind of hate to tie up MS making PS/ADR when they could be helping another member make reservations. If you use MS and don't have PS/ADR that are tough to get, please call in the afternoons, later in the week. That's a less busy time for MS.
