New OL owner with an arrival question

I just purchased owners locker and will be using it for the first time next month. Is the locker being delivered to my hotel room or do I pick it up and the valet desk. I know that I drop it off there the morning that I leave but am a little confused on how I retrieve the locker upon arrrival. Can someone briefly "walk" me thru the process.

Ours was waiting for us at Bell Services (along with the groceries we ordered from GREENGROCER.COM) and when our luggage arrived from DME we had them bring it all up.

They only luggage/property they automatically deliver to rooms is DME. Otherwise it's at the bell station and you have to call from your room to have it brought up or pick it up yourself.

Or, if you happen to be in the lobby when you find out your room is ready, you can walk over to Bell Services, have them gather all your stuff (Owner's Locker, stuff from Garden Grocer, anything you had with you on the plane that you left with them because your room wasn't ready), and go up to your room with them. That's what I did.

Right, I should have been more specific. You do have the option to pick it up yourself but if you want it delivered to the room, you have to call from there and be there when it's delivered. They will not automatically deliver it to the room when it's ready.

The day your new, empty Locker is at Bell Services is perhaps the only time you'll be interested in carrying it to your room yourself.
