New O'Hana Menu

allears is not the official disney dining menu, and someone just stated that as of 5 days ago they still had them. I would wait for some more definite confirmation before making any hasty decisions...

Ohana's menu has continually changed in a downward direction over the last decade and Disney knows it doesn't impact its popularity. Its a magnet, sort of like a tourist trap due to its location, theme, new diners and dining plans. Cancel your reservation...it doesn't matter to Disney, since it continues to be very popular for reasons other than it's food.

Here now and ate at Ohana last night and the wings and pot stickers were there and delicious.

Went to 'Ohana a few nights ago and the wings and pot stickers were there!! Both were very good. We haven't been in about a year and didn't know the turkey was gone. The chicken was good though.

All Ears is often incorrect. They haven't listed waffles for Ohana breakfast in 5 years yet they are still served daily. Their menu for 1900 Park Fare is from before the rehab 4 or 5 years ago when the buffet changed drastically.

And congrats on your upcoming trip. I was born/raised in SD, CA and lived in Stockton for a short time. We love WDW, but still miss DL.

I hope they have the waffles when we go in August...the only reason we're going there is b/c I heard they will make allergy-friendly mickey waffles!! Looking forward to seeing my DD5's face when they bring them out for her!

We have reservations for our June trip...it's one of our favorites! Where else would a 14 year old boy dance with his mom but at 'Ohana?!? The atmosphere and activities are fun, but if the food takes an unfavorable turn, we'll just have to find a new favorite! I'll be watching closely to see what is truly happening with the menu, but I'm encouraged that people who just ate there are saying the menu is the same vs the updated menu on allears.

Goodness, how horrible to go and the menu not be what we wanted.

Me: I recently saw on your website that the Ohana dinner menu was changed eff 1/11. However, I just got off the phone with Ohana and was told nothing has changed. Please advise or help me understand the confusion.


Allears: Was there a specific change on the menu that you noted? Sometimes our menus indicate "updated" and all it really means is that sometime during the month (1/11 in your case) , we were able to verify that the menu and the prices are correct. It's quite possible that there were no changes at all, but rather that the menu was verified as accurate as of that date.

I'm not sure if that's the case in what you saw or did you see somewhere else that there were specific changes to the menu?

Good to know that they are still on the menu.

As much as I love Allears, they can be wrong. They still have the Pot Pie listed on the menu for The Wave. It isn't available anymore. We went at Thanksgiving and it had been taken off the menu. I thought that they would have fixed it by now. I guess I need to send them a copy of the picture I took of the menu.

We ate there tonight and they still had the pot stickers and wings! It was the same menu as when we were there last April. I am still stuffed!! We had the best service tonight, too

Whew, i'm so glad everything is still there. I would hate to see their menu changed, unless they added those potatoes back that everyone raves about. I would love to try those...

WEW! My heart dropped at the mention of loosing the pot stickers!! They are my fave but I would still go in Sept, it is one of our faves and we are staying at the Poly so it would be convenient anyway. I also love the meats, the veggies, the dessert and the noodles. Plus how can you beat the Samoan playing the ukulele? LOL It really does remind me of my trip to Hawaii, its one of the reasons I love the Poly

Hey, I know you!!! We tried to call the restaurant directly last night (Disney dining transfered us to them), but it rang and rang and rang. Oh well... guess we'll just sit tight and see what happens!!

Hope this is true and there have been NO changes, as I'm really looking forward to going there, but DS LOVES potstickers and I now they have the standard Disney kid stuff, too, but I don't want him eating nothing but mac and cheese for a week, either.
