New O'Hana Menu

The AllEars.net menu change has been within the last day or two.

When CRT's dinner menu was modified last year, the Disney menu PDF was changed promptly and accordingly. Therefore, I found it odd that dumplings are still listed on the website.


Also, I just spoke to O'hanas, and the wait staff told me the menu has not changed. The dumplings, wings, and etc are still there. However, it doesn't mean a change isn't in the works (not their words, my thinking).

Do NOT freak out already. Remember, Disney is horrible about updating their site and Allears is unofficial. The menus are often posted with errors in them and I would bet that this is one of those errors. Heck, not long ago they listed the potatoes again and many people were disappointed that they were not really back.

So, no need to cancel reservations or anything yet.

I agree, no one should cancel due to this....yet. But this is a change in the menu on all ears (it was previously there and not now), so I wonder what prompted it.

No turkey?? Really?? That was my favorite menu item - other than the potatoes which have been removed from the menu. Thankfully, the last time we were there, the waitress felt bad because it was my birthday and gave me the recipe

I hope it is a mistake, I booked this for Valentine's Day and was really looking forward to it. If they don't have the wings and pot stickers I think I would rather book elsewhere.

The sticky wings at Kona were better than the ones at O'hana. You have to pay extra for them, but it's worth it. Not a big fan of O'hana in general, and Kona is a much-overlooked great meal.

I am seeing/hearing of 3 different menus now... the original one (with the wings and potstickers), the one on Allears, AND my sister called Disney Dining (not directly Ohana). This is what she forwarded to me:

"I just got off the phone with Disney Dining and she pulled up the menu of what she had for O’hana and her’s was different from either of these!

She did mention the salad and bread were still there and the chicken wings. But she said that as apps they are listing Shrimp and Wonton chips with dipping sauces. Then they have the Turkey , Steak, Pork and Pineapple Sausage? As well as Terriky noodles, vegetables and then the banana bread pudding for dessert".

Based on this, it sounds like the spicy shrimp (which DH LOVES) isn't a "main" course anymore.

So, I guess I'll give it a few days, and see what happens. We really have enjoyed Ohana the 2 times we've gone, but I love the potstickers. Will be super disappointed (and may look elsewhere) if much has changed.

Seriously! Those really are the two best things. I'm totally stuffed from potstickers and wings by the time the meat even comes around! I reeeally hope this isn't true.

Allears: Was there a specific change on the menu that you noted? Sometimes our menus indicate "updated" and all it really means is that sometime during the month (1/11 in your case) , we were able to verify that the menu and the prices are correct. It's quite possible that there were no changes at all, but rather that the menu was verified as accurate as of that date.

I'm not sure if that's the case in what you saw or did you see somewhere else that there were specific changes to the menu?
