Happy to join the June thread for the 2nd straight year.

May 31st-June 8th
Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista

Just decided to do this last week. I was about to suggest a beach trip for summer break but as soon as I said summer, my daughter started singing about Disney. Upon hearing the word Disney, my son started chanting, "I want to go see Mickey. I want to go see Mickey!"

No dh, so facing this onslaught alone and admittedly thinking about how we haven't seen the new Fantasy Land, I began to consult the real boss of the house: the budget. So we'll drive instead of fly and we'll stay offsite instead of onsite. But hey...we're going.

With just over 2 months to go, I'm not doing nearly as much planning as the last time. I've got 2 ADRs and a BBB appointment for dd. I've consulted my touringplans page for what park what days. Just planning to enjoy being there and hoping it will be drier. Last time we tourned with Tropical Storm Debby. Still had a blast though.

Thanks, it is a great feeling.

We're also planning for June 2014. My sister and I are organizing a big trip for next year with our dad, stepmom, our brother, my nieces and their children, my children and me. We've picked out a 6 bedroom house in Windsor Hills we'll be putting a deposit down on next week. So I'll be back in planning mode after we get back from this trip, which should help me with the post Disney sadness.

I get to have my "70 days until I'm on a plane headed to Disney" celebration tomorrow! Every 10 days I watch a different Disney movie with DS.
