What is to stop people from purchasing 1 length of stay mug and just pouring it into another mug? Sorry is this has been asked before. Me and DH were just sitting here talking about it and he asked. :)

You have to wait 3 minutes between refills.

That certainly won't stop people, but it will discourage lots...at least at first.

Unless things have changed I don't see what would stop people, I've bought 3 for a family of 5 before and back then it was just an pen soda machine. If something has changed then maybe this wouldn't work now I don't know.

Thanks! I was wondering! It's funny I live really close to a decent sized theme park called holiday world and they have free soft drinks! Of course you have these little paper cups but still its free. Oh well it's disney and ill never stop going! :)

But it will stop the guests who bring old mugs back with them to use.

I have always wondered why people buy so many of the mugs when they have little kids. Since we are on meal plans it just comes with the plan, but I don't think the mug would be worthwhile for little kids. My daughter just doesn't drink much.

WDW has free soft drinks in little paper cups. It's called Club Cool and it's in Epcot.

That would be called a souvenir that can be used many times at home:)
