HATE the fact that the "small" version is bigger than a 5. The 5 is already pushing the limit in my book.![]()
Happily the 6 is only marginally bigger than the 5S. Additionally happily is the fact that Apple decided to release two different sized iPhones, so we can choose, instead of forcing users to go down one path.
I do agree with having at least 2 sizes. I just really miss the days of having a VERY small phone. I'd prefer one about 3/4 scale to the 5.
I'm surprised to see so many people in this thread finding the bigger size as a negative. That's been the biggest problem I've heard people give with the current iPhone. I'd love to get the 6+, but I can't justify the $299. In the meantime, I'm really looking forward to iOS 8 and Yosemite, and what they do with home automation.
I have a iPhone 5s, and I'm not sure why 64bit has improved it?

I still have an iPhone 4 and was holding out for the 6, but now I don't know, I might just go with the 5s. I'll have to go to the Apple Store and physically hold a 6 for myself to see what it's like.
Yes, that is what I was thinking also.As an android user....... We've had this for 2 years now and at 1/2 the cost
Hi Debbie. MAybe get a smaller Android, with a micro SD card. I have a 16 gig Galaxy 4 (I like a large screen) and a 64 gig SD card, about $25 for the card. It also makes moving photos, music, etc very easy with the removable card. I also like the replaceable battery, for places like Disney World. No need to carry chargers, cables, etc with me. Just a small spare battery in my pocket to pop in when needed. My iphone 4 is full, I've been deleting apps & music. Plus it acts like it is about to die. I can't wait to get a new one. Not sure what I will get, I don't want a large phone. Definitely need larger than 16GB, is the next option 32GB or 64GB? I saw some prices and it jumped from 16GB to 64GB to 128GB.
i meant like something new aka TouchID.
NFC is old tech that androids already have... though im hoping NFC mobile payment would be more popular now that Apple has adapted to it.
i guess im riding the wrong train, i should probably go for the S series lol
It's been improved as it is every generation. I'm curious what makes you say the camera quality is crappy? I have some pretty decent prints from my iPhones and I use a high end DSLR with even higher end lenses as my real camera. For being a camera on a phone it's pretty decent.
Though the way Apple is implementing it is totally different. Also the number of card companies and merchants coming on board with it now.
Have you seen the picture quality on the Samsung android more mega pic
Mega pixels does not a camera make. I have not seen the Samsung images but even if they are better it does not make the iPhone images crappy. There is much, much more to taking a decent photo then mega pixels. I have stunning prints of the night time winter castle in Disneyland taken on an iPhone 5 that blew me away. The iPhone camera is no slouch when applying a little exposure knowledge.
i phone 6 8 MP, 1080p HD video (main); 1.2 MP, 720p HD video (front-facing)
