which states that the new home buyer's credit has been extended and there is a new credit for repeat home owners who have owned their house for over five years.
We just bought a house on October 5th and had lived in our old house over five years....but I can't find a start date for the credit. Is it for houses bought after today (10/29) or would my house possibly make us eligible?
