When I tried for a room on Thursday, it was pretty obvious that it would happen at 1:27 AM EST - and it did! So I am betting on 2:24.

Of course, it could be 2:24 AM and we could be sitting here another 12 hours....

Nah- 2:24 Am is technically tomorrow, right?

For those that were actually able to book, how much of a decline in room availability did you notice between your search and when you were booking the promotion?

I have 29 hotels available for my dates, but I am wondering how many of those rooms will go away? Or are some dates better than others?

I did not book, but I did get the opportunity and the availability dropped off a ton. All deluxes were gone but there were 2 values and then offsite. I'm looking for Deluxe so if anyone is looking for value, I know they are available in Oct.

That's what I thought last week - but there wasn't a block of time prior to midnight, but it did happen at 1:27.

Perhaps another time zone? Or they are counting a "day" as, say, 9 AM to 9AM - instead of a day starting at midnight?

Who knows - we are all at their mercy

When I got in during the clock, I had 2 moderates.

Was it obvious which hotel was which, or did you just blindly pick?
And what did you end up with?!
