Hello, Just wanted to ask a few questions and give you few details about me. I had lost 40lbs (I did Richard Simmions Deal A Meal) 7yrs ago then gained it back due to a death in the family. From then I kept struggling with my weght gainning and losing. I then had my DS 3 yrs ago. I went back to my pre preganancy weight. (which was still overweight) I then had my DD 9 months ago and have only gained 8lbs since having her. My total weight loss goal is 100lbs. But my short term goal is to lose at least 40lbs before going to WDW in February. On to my WW question
I just signed up for Weight Watchers online last night. Still trying to figure most of it out. I am having trouble finding how many points for a few things. I was looking for how many points for a regular ole bannana and I could not find it. I did find a Denny's bannana and it was listed as 1 point so I went by that. Also I am making a pork roast tommorrow night but not sure as what to go by for the points. I am thinking to just go by slice and count 3 points for each slice I have. Would that make sense? Thank You and any other info you could give me would be great.
