"new" Guest of Honor badges?

I thought I heard rumblings the GOH badges would have new designs (other than red w/ Mickey). Has anyone seen such a thing? If so, what new designs are available?

Yes, we saw some new ones when we were there in Feb. I don't remember them all but I know there was a Lilo and Stitch one and also a Malificent one, but that's all I remember. They were at the 5 & 10 store at MGM and we also saw them at the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney.

Oh-oh--will have to shell out some extra $ for a new GOH Malificent badge!

Sorry to say but I had a friend look at DTD for some of the "new" badges in early spring and a CM told her that they pulled them off the shelf because they were made of a different (cheaper) material that wasn't working out. The pin parts kept coming off the backs and they were difficult to personalize.

I don't know if they plan on upgrading the material and bringing back the other designs or not.
